I was disappoint with the routine shampoo and conditioner. You have to pump the shampoo six times to get even a half decent lather while washing, The hair feels stingy while shampooing due to the lack of lather-- does not lather well at all. My hairdresser told me that I have more split hands than ever --I do not think that it is worth the $25 Price for the shampoo and conditioner I see no difference --waste of good money

After reading all the reviews on their website I was really excited to try this, however, after the first use my hair was very dry and felt course. More than usual. I was so disappointed and if I could rate it zero I would. I really don’t know how it received so many good reviews. I then tried Morerie and loved it! My hair was so soft and luscious after the first use. Buyers beware on this Routine product. It shouldn’t even be available.

My hair fell out more after using Routine. Scary.

I work in the industry and I tried this product due to all the positive reviews. After 2 weeks I lost more hair than I ever have in my life and it's all dried out and brittle. Previously I used nioxin for years to maintain the hair I had. I will be going back to that immediately. Unfortunately since I have slow growing hair it will take a while to get back to what it was :-(

Horrible shampoo . After using it 5 times , I started loosing hair so bad and my hair texture got dry. Since they had “ satisfaction guarantee “ , and basically that was why I purchased it without hesitation, I contacted them to send the product back and get my money . I even sent them pictures of my hair fallen on towel . But they didn’t accept return and said it’s over a month !!! How many times a person can wash hair in a month to see the result ???! They are scam. Don’t trust them !

My hair is shedding like crazy, even after I let the conditioner sit my hair still feels dry, hard, and stuck together. I have to use a leave in conditioner just to be able to comb it out. Definitely wouldn’t recommend on African American permed hair.

Absolutely the worst hair product I ever used. Hair dryer would smoke after shampooing. And my hair feels like garbage…..it feels like its main ingredient is candle wax. It took 3 clarifying treatments to get my hair to stop looking and feeling like a hair helmet.

Buyer beware, company doesn’t allow any bad reviews on their website. This shampoo and conditioner have actually made my hair worse. It feels unclean despite regular use and often feels like a residue is on my hair but then in the same notion results in incredibly dry hair. I have never experienced such a horrible product and one that is extremely over priced. The company allows a 30 day refund but then state you need to utilize it for weeks before seeing results. Watch out for their reviews as no bad reviews are even noted
