I had been using Actiiv in sample sizes and it was awesome. I even stopped shedding nd my hair looked and felt great. But it's very expensive. The reviews sounded great about Routine and it was much more affordable. After a week's use, my hair felt stripped, dry and looked dull. I was also shedding again. It also didn't have any scent, definitely not the Rose Hips smell. I can't use any more of it and I hope the damage is reversible. Don't waste your money on this product.

Hair fell out more than before purchase. Tried keranique with excellent results. Tried to get refund to no avail. Contacted paypal 2 monthes ago and company just sent return info. Get this I have to pay to return. Run away from this company. Their customer service is horrible.

Canadian Customers beware - the 30 day money back guarantee does not apply to us. No return no refund. I feel scammed. They said it was obviously stated. I don’t feel that’s true. Wouldn’t have purchased. Also. Many bad reviews are out there, suppressed on Facebook. Bad business practices.

I have been losing hair for the past three years and it started during Covid. I ordered tablets that I use and that have helped tremendously. Though they have helped I thought I would give this shampoo a try as well. I have used Routine four times and my hair is falling out in droves. I am so disappointed!!

Funny, not so funny! About 3 months after using routine shampoo and conditioner I noticed my very thin hair thinning even more at a super fast rate. I couldn’t figure it out because everything else was the same… vitamins, ect. No new meds. Same sleep… My hair has not only thinned, it has become exceptionally dry. I’m not going to use it ever again. I would suggest to anyone trying to be mindful of when they began the product and check in with their hair every week. Back to my wonderful Paul Mitchell extra body… looked great!

I have thinning hair. I finally decided to give this shampoo & conditioner. I went through the first set, followed instructions, and thought maybe it hasn’t been long enough. So I bought more. It’s been over a year. No change at all. My hair is still as thin as it was. It was definitely a waste of money. Another thing I forgot to mention was how my hair gets dirty faster since I’ve been using it. And I have “fly-away hair” so much more than I ever did before. It feels so thin and dry now.

If I could give this a zero I would. My hair is breaking where it never has before. It is falling out so much more than it ever has. People go to this shampoo for help yet it does exactly the opposite. They don't give your money back and you can't write a bad review on their FB or they'll block you like they did me. The BBB needs to look into this company. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT.

Don’t waste your money!! I gave it a month and my hair is super dry and limp! It’s still falling out and it looks thinner and lifeless with this product than my old shampoo and conditioner. I will not buy again.
