My hair started to fall out in clumps while using these products. Customer service at Routine insisted I keep using them even after I explained that it made the issue way worse. Also made my hair very dry and unmanageable. She finally agreed to send shipping label to return products so I could get a refund. I sent them back 3 weeks ago, I have the tracking number from the post office to prove it. I have yet to receive a refund.

Read the small print..They ship overseas, but don't accept any returns fron overseas..Not fair business

Zero star rating! This shampoo and conditioner only dried out my hair and made it thin more. This company is a scam. Buyer beware. I asked for a refund and they would not even consider it. Very expensive and it takes a lot of shampoo to even get it to lather and cover your hair.

I would give 0 stars if I could. I used Routine Shampoo and Conditioner exactly this they said to use it. They said use it for at least 4 months to see any real results. I used it for almost 6 months and I think my hair is more thinner now than when I started using it. It really isn't worth the price you pay for it. I researched and read all the reviews but I think most of the reviews were planted (fake). Be warned, stay clear!

The Routine Shampoo & Condition is not ideal for my hair type. For reference, I am a 49 year old, 100% Italian woman with semi coarse and wavy hair that is down to the center of my back. My hair is considered thick compared to most people, but it has been thinning over the years, and comes out a lot when washing or brushing. I wash my hair once a week, any more causes it to dry out and get frizzy. When I purchased this product a couple months ago I received an email saying to wash hair at least 2x/week. I tried this for a few weeks, but my hair was so frizzy and dry. I changed it back to washing 1x/week, but found that my hair was still just as frizzy and dry after using these products. When I briefly switched back to my usual shampoo and condition, my hair felt more normal. Unfortunately even after a couple of months using these products, my hair has shown no difference in feeling fuller or the amount of hair shedded when washing or brushing. It has gotten so bad that I had to put a combination of coconut oil, olive oil, and green tea on my hair to get some of the moisture back into it. I don’t think that I will be able to finish the bottles that I have purchased, which is unfortunate since they were not inexpensive.

I purchased Routine Wellness shampoo and conditioner in the hopes of alleviating my hair loss. Not only did this shampoo and conditioner cause my hair to fall out more than before using this product but my hair is considerably thinner now than before using this product. I purchased this product to promote hair growth, not hair loss. My hair has never been in such poor condition as it is now and I paid a lot of money for Routine Wellness shampoo and conditioner.

I lost so much hair with the serum that I was terribly scared. I had to wash my head 3 times in a row to make sure I got everything off. products end up in the trash. It's shameful to sell a product like that.

I ordered the hair vitamins and had no problem receiving them the first time but the second time I set up auto renew so they come in every month and I never got my order! I contacted support and they said they delivered it on May 3 I still never got it and I checked my account it still said delivered they scammed me and took my product that I ordered plus charged my credit card for it!
