The products are good, but I didn't receive an email prior to my subscription repeat and the first I knew of the repeat order was a PayPal email confirming payment. I wanted to delay my order as I don't need a refill yet and I would have liked the opportunity to try another scent, but wasnt given this opportunity. I have now cancelled my subscription.

I used the supplements and the shampoo and conditioner for about one year and didn't see any improvements in some areas of thinning hair...so disappointed and I stopped using it.

I have 3B/C hair and I don’t really think the shampoo is for my hair type. I’ve been using this for the past 4 weeks, washing twice a week. It makes my hair squeaky dry and tangles it almost root to ends. It also takes 16 pumps to get enough shampoo for my hair thickness and length. The conditioner is nice, but it is a very small bottle for the price and it takes A LOT to be able to comb it thru and detangle my hair after the damage the shampoo has done. Because of the tangling, I lose way more hair than I do with any other shampoo/conditioner combo I’ve purchased. I’m definitely canceling my subscription. If I feel like I want the conditioner for some reason, I’ll just get it on Amazon

I must have ticked the box for them to send me shampoo and conditioner 6 months later. Mine arrived and l hadn't used 1/3 of mine. It would have cost me nearly $30 aud to send back. Not happy after spending $80 for something l didn't need. They won't pay for shipping.

I ordered this as my husband lost a lot of hair following radiotherapy and I she'd a lot of hair on my brushes. It's expensive but I felt it would be worth it. However my husband's hair recovered well but as he uses any old shampoo half the time I can't say that it was due to this brand. Meanwhile I'm still losing loads of hair despite getting through 2 bottles and using it religiously. To add insult to injury I cancelled my subscription a few days ago but got an email gushing over how they'd packed my latest order, which is now en route! I'm really extremely unhappy about this and suggested they send a returns label, but I won't hold my breath...

I had hoped, rather than expected this product to work. I persevered for a month just in case. Unfortunately I didn't notice any reduction in hair fall, or any improvement to my hair at all. In fact, I found the shampoo so drying that my hair felt completely stripped after washing, despite using a very small amount. The conditioner does nothing to counter this at all, so my hair was left dry and tangle-prone, which resulted in more hair loss due to having to brush out knots. There are positive reviews, so I guess it must work for some people, but I would recommend getting a travel size at a much lower cost to try first. I also think that if a company truly believes their product works, they should offer a money back guarantee, especially given how expensive it is. **EDIT: apparently there is a 30 day returns policy, which was not clear to me as I bought through a third party. Also, cost of returns are not covered outside the USA** **2nd EDIT: I have been contacted by Routine Wellness, via Trustpilot, to provide information so they can verify my purchase. Whilst I understand why they would want to do this, I am not responding because a) I did not purchase my product directly from Routine Wellness, and b) I do not wish to divulge my personal details and contact information. I am not in the habit of writing disingenuous reviews, be they positive or negative, I simply wanted to share that this product did not work for me. Judging by the overall review score on this site, I am not alone.

The shampoo and conditioner may have possibly reduced my hair loss but these products leave my scalp an absolute mess. It is scabby and dry - I feel that if I have an unhealth scalp then my hair will continue to fall out.

This did nothing for my hair at all after three months of using it. Expensive product that now has so many negative reviews. I think the positive ones are probably fake.
