Alex had a great attitude and personality and handled my oddball request with speed and grace. Was able to pay my escrow shortage online moments afterwards, resolving my issue. Your website wasn't straightforward on how I should pay an escrow shortage, but Alex explained it quickly.

Impossible to contact a real person. Tried several times over multiple days during their posted business hours. Absolutely the worst. I would pay money to switch to any other servicer. They don't deserve the single star I gave them.

Terrible! I have mailed numerous payments to them at addresses they provided and they NEVER post them to my account. If you’re stuck with this company and have similar experiences, run to the nearest regulatory agency and COMPLAIN!
