My family lives on a large ranch and had fantastic water in our area. We then moved into a small town and had to drink the city supplied water, which they chlorinate. MY wife and my 3 kids and I could not drink the city water because it felt like drinking pool water and it taste horrible and made a feel horrible. We Purchased a Rorra stainless filter and it sat proudly on our countertop and my family of 5 used it 100% of all the water we drank (we even filled our dog bowls water with it). Night and Day difference! Really a great product, the quality of the product itself is very high quality, the filter installation is simple, there are indicator lights that tell you when it needs more water or after months, a new filter. It has a fun to use handle and it all stainless steel and very clean. When we would have friends over to the house they would all joke and use the Rorra filter for their drinks because it was so fun to use the tap type handle for water. Great product, we have had it and used it for well over a year now.

The Rorra filter system is very easy to set up and use. It's a beautiful system on my kitchen counter, and the water tastes great! Most of all, the filters are much more cost efficient than the ones from 4Patriots that I was using. And the Rorra filters are made in the USA.

We switched to Rorra after trying Brita and Zero water products. Rorra is an excellent water system for us. The Rorra provides great tasting, plastic free water. We use the Rorra water for all our personal drinking and cooking. We subscribe to the Rorra filter replacement program to ensure we always have great water. Whenever we have a question, we have always experience great customer service. Numerous friends have ordered Rorra after having a glass of the Rorra water while visiting.

These guys not only know their data but they are responsive and kind. Super quick to provide assistance and recommendations.

Don’t buy Rorra. Save your money and your time. 2 person house hold went through a water filter in one month. Then our Rorra started leaking basically draining every time we filled it out. Worst part is customer service is not very responsive.

I rarely take the time to write a bad review, but I feel like I need to warn others. It is myself and my husband so who used it so it was not abused. I purchased in March with in 3-4 months started leaking and leaving water damage. I contacted customer service - they take a long time for response and then was told to send video and I did one. They sent new springs with no instructions - we figured it how to replace and it made it worse- then they needed another video which i did and then they needed another video. It is not my job - just please help me fix or replace? I would RUN do not walk - I would not purchase - it worked great but you need more than 3 -4 months for over $500 worth of clean water.

I regret spending so much money on the Rorra countertop filtration system. Rorra advertises that its filters last approximately 90 days, but ours lasted only six weeks in a household of four. Even with heavier water use, replacing an $86 (with shipping) filter every six weeks makes this system extremely expensive to maintain. Rorra should be much clearer about how quickly filters may need to be replaced in a normal family household. The customer service has been even more frustrating. I ordered a replacement filter two weeks ago, but it still has not arrived, even though my order is marked “fulfilled” on my account on Rorra’s website. My family has now been using the system with the red filter light on for 10 days while we wait for the replacement. Rorra does not provide a customer service phone number. Customers are limited to email and a website form, and I have had to use both repeatedly just to get a response. Replies take days or sometimes do not come at all. For a water filtration system this expensive, customers should receive accurate information about filter life, reliable replacement shipping, and responsive support when something goes wrong. I purchased Rorra because Andrew Huberman recommended it, but this experience has made me seriously question that recommendation. I cannot recommend this product based on the high ongoing cost and unacceptable customer service.

The prompt responses to my questions has been unparalleled and very unusual for today's busy world. It's quite unbelievable and much appreciated that a company provides such terrific individualized attention. After not being able to utilize my under-counter filtration system, I research for months and determined Rorra is the ultimate in counter-top systems. I love my Rorra and could not be more pleased with its quality and functionality. Thank you for your stellar product and all-inclusive customer service. Patti
