Water filter replacement only last for 60 days
Overall, Rorra is a great design with good service . However, the water filter is a real concern. The filter is supposed to last 3 months, but mine stopped working in about 60 days. This means I may need more replacements than promised, which increases the cost unexpectedly. I don’t mind paying for replacements when they match the expected lifespan, but the filter quality and consistency definitely need improvement. I hope the company can address this issue because everything else has been a positive experience.
