Rorra water pitcher is so nice! Water is a dream to drink. Easy instructions with booklet or online Video how to first set up pitcher. Great communication with company on answering any questions you have. Very happy to have this beautiful pitcher.

I have had the Rorra countertop system for about a year now and I love it. I recently changed the filter again and I was having trouble with the water filter indicator light resetting. I emailed them and in less than 5 minutes I had a response and was able to reset the light. I was holding it to long after the lights flashed. You have to release the button as soon as they flash. Love my countertop water filtration system!

When looking for a water filtering product I came across Rorra and decided to buy fingers crossed it would taste ok since it sounded technically excellent. So happy with the results taste wise and support wise. It is also handsome and well made. My counter space is a tight squeeze so I had a table on wheels made that now adds extra storage on the bottom shelf. Really happy not to be using plastic water bottles any longer!!!
