We bought a Countertop water filtration system which we love. It is great to know we are drinking water which is pure and does not have harmful things in it. It also tastes much better than the water provided by our town. I managed to recycle a part of the machine I was supposed to keep and emailed customer service and Rorra is sending me a replacement so I can get back to using my system.

Rorra is built to last, and the customer service is impeccable—they truly care. The water tastes delicious and, without hose connections, the unit can be placed anywhere, the counter is uncluttered.

Customer service was very helpful and responded quickly. They offered a lot of details on how to fix the issue I was experiencing, and it worked almost right away! Super friendly and accommodating. Would 100% recommend. I love rorra!

The water from this filter system tests better than Arrowhead mountain spring water. The taste id s good as well. The customer service is exemplary!
