Best coop ever, really well made!

Absolutely love the process and transaction. Delivery and product was great. Only issue is the usage - ramp or stairs to the enclosed coop sits right under the perches, which makes for a mess. When we get some nice weather, I need to see if anything can be done to assist with how the coop works for our hens. Kenney, TX

Great product - Great people. Customer service is top shelf. Very good design and easy to put together. Assembly took a couple hours. Don’t waste your money on cheaper / lesser products. These are built to last. We looked at having someone build a similar design - twice the cost. Our Girls are very happy in their new coop. Well done Urban Coop Co.!

Our coop is beautiful, a chicken chalet. We love everything about it, especially the automatic feeders and waterers. The next step is to automate the door to close on a solar timer, so when the kids forget to shut the coop up at night, we're still safe. We had a few parts that were damaged in shipping but customer service was beyond amazing so we had the replacements within days. I'd highly recommend urban coop company, yes, it's expensive - but anything worthy of lasting usually is.

Love all 3 of our coops.

From the moment I found Urban Coop on the web I loved them, and I'm not new to chickens. It started with the honesty, "we're not cheap", they didn't mention, but beyond worth it! My 2 sons, both are building engineers, came to put this coop together for me, and from the start they kept saying how much they loved everything about this coop, the organization of the 6 boxes delivered, the well well written instructions, the top grade materials, on and on. I LOVE how I can walk thru the door and clean it so easily! That's huge! Trust me, you will love it as much as I do!

We love our Urban Round Top Coop. Quality is amazing. Was easy to assemble and when we were stuck you provided telephone support to help us through. We also wanted a customized second door which you provided for us as well. We were sold on the winter panels. residing in Upstate NY where winters can be cold and blustery I am confident my girls will be safe and secure in their Urban coop. So happy we purchased the round top coop along with the extension run. Worth the price and made in the USA was a huge selling point for us. Love it.

My coop is so cute. AND I put it together almost all by myself. I just needed my husband to hold some panels for me a few times. Urban Coop included excellent written directions with photos. The fasteners were very well organized. They forgot to include the feeder and sent one off as soon as I alerted them.
