We love our Urban Coop!
We have been pleased with every aspect of engaging with Urban Coop Company. From the initial interaction with customer service, to the quality of our coop and resolving an order error (on my part) they have delivered on professionalism and product quality. We have one of their stand up coop (with the extension), which houses our 4 chickens in style! This was a Mothers' Day gift and my husband and teenage daughter assembled the shipped pieces. The instructions were thorough and all of the pieces, including the hardware, were organized in a way that made putting it together a breeze. More recently, I purchased the snow/storm panels to get our girls through their first winter in comfort. Again, these were easy to assemble and work efficiently in keeping the coop dry and comfortable. I would certainly recommend Urban Coop to anyone looking for a quality coop from a company that values its customers.
