terrific customer service. great product.

Walk-in coop is well designed and constructed. Instructions very good. Great hardware kit. My only complaint was with the packaging of the metal roof. The edge of one of the panels was bent up pretty bad. Made it work with some straightening. I place most of the blame on the shipping company as they lost it from the rest of the coop and had to find it. Despite this it could have been packaged a bit better. The remainder of the coop was packaged very well. The true test will be the winter as at rains a lot in western Washington. My kids and I applied a coat of Behr clear deck finish. We attached the coop to a box made of pressure treated 4x4 stacked 2 high and then filled with top soil so as to raise it above grade to minimize moisture. Overall superior to the Made in China piece of junk it replaces. Chickens must like it as we are actually getting more eggs than before.

Easy to assemble. Sturdy. I added hardware cloth to the floor to truly eliminate the only area at risk for predators.

The materials are high quality and the directions for assembly were reasonably good. It's a handsome addition to the back yard.

Great quality coop🐔 I am new to chickens and did a lot of research before deciding on Urban Coop Company. Highly recommend.

Urban Coop Co went above and beyond! The coop is amazing, sturdy, beautiful, and well made. The customer service was equally impressive. Thank you, Urban Coop Company!

We love our coop. Fun to build, great quality. It is an organized company with help if needed through phone or youtube videos.

We are absolutely loving our new coop, and our chickens sure like it too. Not only is the design beautiful and made well, we've found that there is less upkeep and chores. Giving us more time to enjoy our backyard and our chickens. Pretty sure the eggs taste better too.
