I love the coop and my chickens do, too! I'm holding back one star only because it was more difficult to assemble than advertised. It took about twice as much time to assemble and make chicken-ready (and I had a couple of guys helping). It was also missing pre-drilled holes which wasn't a big deal the further I went on in assembly but it was a HUGE deal when the first panels to be joined were missing pilot holes. It really threw me. Quality control should have caught that. But all the parts were there and it finally came together really nicely.

I really like the coop only thing is it’s quite expensive and for that price is rather not put it together. That being said it wasn’t hard directions were clear and it went together easily. I was told one date and received a few days later also but again not a big deal except I was ready to get them out of house. All in all it’s good quality and good luck a+

Outstanding product! Delivery was perfect, instructions were easy to understand, no parts were missing, installation was a breeze due to the Pre-drilled holes, etc. I could not have had a better front end experience. After the installation was complete and our five (5) ladies were introduced to their new home, they quickly took to the water nipples and feeder. Done. Highly recommend!!!

Since we gifted a Urban Coop to our daughter, we are not able to describe its usefulness. What I can say is that the purchase was easy via the website and the delivery was on time. We are impressed with the purchase. In a couple of weeks when we visit, we might be drafted as fellow-builders as we put the coop together. Hopefully, that process will be as easy as the purchase.

The ordering process could be a little more streamlined and user friendly but everything after that was awesome. The coop was delivered in great condition with easy to follow instructions. Took two people an afternoon to assemble it and our 5 chickens love it. It is designed so intelligently and looks great too. We call it our chicken palace.

We've had the coop (round-top backyard coop with extended run) for a few months. There is ample room as we only have 2 hens and they spend most of their day free-ranging in our backyard. I think the extended run (with storm panels) will be very much appreciated once the winter comes. So far the coop has been sturdy and we have not had any predator problems. We did lay down edging stones around the perimeter to discourage any digging animals. We kept them in the coop for 2 weeks when we first got the ladies and it definitely imprinted upon them that this was their laying space and their roosting home. They were doing fine with the water and food tubes but now that they are out and about for most of the day, I don't see them using the water nipples much (we have a few pans of water out in the yard that they like).
