Love the coop and the customer service. The build kit is complete and easy to follow. After 8 years our planter box was beginning to fall apart but I was able to replace it with a new box that bolted right on.

Love my greenhouse! Great quality and craftsmanship! Very helpful and wonderful customer service. Easy instructions and assembly. Love that it is family owned and American made. Very helpful and expedient

The delivery was quick, and the coop was well-packaged. The straightforward instructions, well-labeled pieces, and high-quality hardware impressed us! We haven't yet gotten hens, but we're excited to start our flock in this fantastic coop.

I give this a 5 star review becasue people only read the 5 Star and the 1 Star reviews. In reality, I give this 4 Stars. My daughter bought the 4 place Round Top Coop and asked me to help build it. She told me that the Promo said that 2 people of average skill could build it in 3 hours. I have higher than average skill. My helper was a master machinist, so he has been around tools his entire life. But that 3 hour statement is simply crazy! Only someone who has built this thing at least once before could do that and even then I doubt it if he could do it in the cold, wind and mud that we had to work with. I might be able to do it now in one day but not 3 hours. But never the first time. Her coop had to be built, one panel at a time in one location and then transported to anther location for installation in a leveled dirt area where we had placed leveled patio blocks as a base which really slowed us down even more. In all, it took 2 - 8 hour days to complete it and even then, we had to go back one more morning to put on the finishing touches and straighten out a few mistakes we made along the way. I will say that the coop is a very good, high quality product. The parts do fit well together and the workmanship of the panels are very good. All the pieces and parts were there and we had some extras that we needed and some that we didn't. Our biggest problem was seeing the subtleties of the plans so the pieces went together in the RIGHT ORDER. We found that we had to backtrack more than once because we put the pieces on in the wrong order. We probably had to take out as many screws as we put in. I have some suggestions that the company might want to institute to help make the process go easier if not faster. ***1. Have a set of printed out, step by step instructions online available as an option for those of us that need to have a CHECK LIST to follow. That way we can work one step at a time. Get a step done right and then move forward without worrying about if we have to go back. That would have sped up the process a LOT! 2. The roof which should have been a simple chore, was much more difficult than it should have been. We suggest that the company NUMBER the roof pieces, even if it's with a marker pen and let the user know which piece goes where. That would have been a BIG HELP. 3. And lastly, the 2 level, lower roof on the Nesting Box side needs better detailed images to show which pieces are at which levels. That befuddled us and we got it wrong but made it work ok in the end. 4. The feeding tubes support had 4 square holes but the picture showed 6 holes. That confused us and we got that wrong and had to do a work around. A detailed instruction list would have solved that error before it happened. We had a good time building the coop and we are proud of how it turned out. We hope this has been helpful. Norm Fred Cedar, Michigan
