Thank you for the kind words! A modern, furnished apartment at an affordable price with all utilities covered is exactly the bundle we aim to deliver, especially for first-time NYC movers where simplifying the setup really matters. Efficient, transparent sales and leasing is the standard we hold ourselves to, and we're glad that came through for you. Take care, The Roomrs Team

Thank you for such a thoughtful review and the strong recommendation! Moving abroad comes with enough unknowns without piling broker fees, guarantor headaches, and an empty apartment on top of it, so it's great to hear Roomrs was able to take all of that off your plate. A nicely furnished apartment with in-unit laundry, a dishwasher, roommates to ease into the city with, and monthly cleaning of the shared spaces is really the full bundle working as intended. Quick problem resolution is the standard we hold ourselves to, and we appreciate you calling that out. Thanks, The Roomrs Team

Thank you for the kind words and for being with us for a full year! A two-day turnaround from signing to moving in is exactly what Roomrs is built to handle, and we're glad that came through for you. Affordable rent paired with included amenities, a fully furnished kitchen, and friendly customer service is really the package we aim to deliver, and we appreciate you calling all of that out. Thanks, The Roomrs Team

Thank you for such a thoughtful review! Welcoming international students during the pandemic, when so many other options weren't available, is exactly the kind of moment we hope Roomrs can step up for. A furnished apartment with strong amenities like in-unit laundry, a dishwasher, and a rooftop in a great location is really the full package, especially for a first-time NY experience. Customer service with quick turnaround is the standard we hold ourselves to, and we appreciate you calling that out. Thanks, The Roomrs Team

Thank you for the kind words! An easy move-in and move-out backed by strong customer support is exactly what we aim to deliver, since those are usually the most stressful parts of any rental. Glad both ends of the stay landed well, and we hope to have the chance to host you again down the line. Take care, The Roomrs Team

Thank you for such a thoughtful review! Walking through the contract on a Zoom call before move-in is exactly the kind of attention we try to give, especially when someone is committing to a place sight unseen. A room that matches the photos and arrives clean and furnished is the standard we hold ourselves to, and strong communication from support throughout the stay is part of what makes the experience work. Really appreciate the trust. Thanks, The Roomrs Team

Thank you for the kind words, and a special shoutout to Deborah and the team - we'll make sure that gets passed along! A welcoming, helpful experience that makes the early days in a new city easier is exactly what we aim for, and renewing the lease a few times really means a lot to us. Staying longer than planned is one of the best signals we can get that the experience is working. Take care, The Roomrs Team
