Thank you for the kind words! Short-term housing in NYC is genuinely tough to find on your own, so it's great to hear we were able to make the move feel smooth and easy. A clean, air-conditioned apartment that actually matches what was advertised is the standard we hold ourselves to, and we're glad that all came through for you. Thanks, The Roomrs Team

Thank you for such a thoughtful review and the strong recommendation! Quick responsiveness, clean and functional apartments, and a clear rental process are all things we hold the team to consistently, so it's great to hear all of that came through for you. Latch is one of those small features that really does add up on convenience, and we're glad it added to the experience. Take care, The Roomrs Team

Thank you for sharing this and the recommendation! Finding an apartment and signing a lease within a week is exactly the kind of quick turnaround Roomrs is built to support. Attentive follow-up after arrival is something we hold the team to, especially since the first few weeks in a new city can come with questions. Harlem is a great neighborhood and we're glad the coliving setup with two other young people made for a strong stay overall. Thanks, The Roomrs Team

Thank you for the kind words and the recommendation! Finding the right place in NYC is hard enough on its own, and even harder for international students arriving from abroad, so it's great to hear the process felt convenient on your end. A well-furnished room paired with helpful customer service is the standard we hold ourselves to, and we appreciate you calling both out. Take care, The Roomrs Team

Thank you for the kind words and the strong recommendation! NYC housing is famously tough to navigate, so it's great to hear the application process felt easy and that the approval came through quickly. Cutting through the chaos of the rental market is exactly what we aim to do, and we're glad that came across. Thanks, The Roomrs Team
