Fair price, good value product and received product in a timely manner.

They web site was not very clear when I ordered my box that I was preordering. When they finally did ship only one of mine shipped and I had to wait another week for the other one to come. Although I do have to say that when I talked to customer service they were amazing, and super kind and helpful!!!

I liked the comforter I ordered and the sheets are great. Although the pics online do not accurately depict the color of the comforter. Still liked it tho don’t worry ;)

I’m overall very happy with my bundle and the customer service, however my bundle came missing an item, so that’s why I can’t give them five stars. Customer service was wonderful and sent the missing item right away, but still.

Communication was great. The issue was the quality of the products upon delivery. 1/3 pillows has multiple holes, another a stain, and only 1 seemingly has no defects.

everything was great. the shipping didn’t take long, & i received my order exactly the way i wanted it. the only thing wrong was that my blanket had a big, dirty spot on it. i hope washing it will take it out but other than that everything was great!

I love my comforter and sheets they’re soft and look exactly how they do in photos! My package was delivered two days after I placed the order.

It was perfect!!! Everything looked exactly like the picture and it came extremely fast! I am super excited to start college because of my dorm bundle! Nothing in it feels cheap and the plush blanket is super soft. 10/10 would recommend. I got the second to most expensive one so I have no idea how all the electronics worked out sorry guys
