I placed an order and contacted them the next day to explain my situation and the need alter my order. Many companies will tell you it is too late as processing has already begun and that you will just need to return it. They responded back to me within a couple of hours letting me know the options I had on how to proceed. I let them know and the refund was taken care of right away. I received the email for confirmation that this was done. I placed the order I needed. So I am pleased with their prompt attention and follow through. They were not only kind but professional. They clearly care about their customers and want them happy. I thank them for helping me when I was in a bind.

Rockville audio does not honor their warranties and their merchandise is sub par they advertise a speaker enclosure to be made of 1 in. Mdf faceplate and 3/4 throughout when in fact its 3/4 faceplate mdf and 1/2 in. Throughout. And when I called them on it they asked to destroy the enclosure.
