Purchased a fog machine that did not work. Turned it on and waited and it made weird sounds and nothing happened except it smelled like it was burning. Yeah real safe. They did respond quickly via email to try to "fix" the issue. Rather than ship me a replacement so I would have it in time for Halloween they said I have to return this one and they are going to try to fix it then ship it back to me so I won't have it for Halloween. I had two other issues with different companies regarding missing or broken parts for my Halloween yard decorations. Both of those companies sent replacements right away so I would be able to do my Halloween set up. Not this one. My warranty for a refund was passed but not for repair. By the time I send this back and they get to it Halloween will be done. The fog machine smelled like it was burning. It never worked. I have notified my credit card company. If they send me another broken item I will begin the process with my credit card company to get my money back. Maybe a group lawsuit? Sounds like this company is fraudulent based on all the reviews. Any lawyers out there reading these reviews? Also they make you pay to ship it back even though it's their defective product. Fraud.
