Hello Everyone I purchased a 2 Piece audio component setup UPS delivered it damaged. Rockville honored my return without question. I will order the same units again after I'm refunded. Can't wait to get these components in hand. My buddy has the same units and I tried them out at her house. Amazing quality!! For the money!! Thank you Rockville!

Jim, two years in and still sounding brand new is great to hear. Running them off a vintage Sansui G9000 is a classic setup, too. Thanks for the recommendation! – The Rockville Team

I have purchased 5 Wiim Minis from Rockville. First 4, and recently another 1. Yes, they don't ship same day, but they have the best price for this item. I had issues with UPS on this last order (the problems were mostly my doing, not the fault of UPS), and UPS would not change the destination. I emailed Rockville and their team contacted UPS and straightened all out! Would Amazon do as much? These people are solid.

Benjamin, sorry it took us so long to reply! Running the dual 12s and the 600.1 for 8–10 hours a day without a shutdown is a solid test. Thanks for the recommendation, and enjoy that low end! – The Rockville Team

I recently encountered an electrical issue with a newly purchased enclosed subwoofer from Rockville. Initially, I was concerned that I might be out of luck, but Rockville's customer support team quickly turned the situation around. Their response was nothing short of exceptional – merciful, generous, and incredibly fast-paced. I'm not exaggerating when I say that Rockville's customer support exceeded my expectations. They went above and beyond to resolve my problem and ensure my satisfaction. In particular, I'd like to commend Tim, the representative who assisted me. He was not only knowledgeable but also remarkably easy-going, which made the whole experience a pleasure. As an enthusiast who loves working on my car and appreciates quality audio, I can confidently say that Rockville's products are top-notch. This incident has not only reaffirmed my trust in their audio/subwoofer offerings but has also changed my perception of customer service reps in a positive way. If you're in the market for audio products or subwoofers, Rockville is the company to choose. Their dedication to customer satisfaction and the quality of their products are truly commendable. I wholeheartedly recommend Rockville to anyone seeking an outstanding audio experience. Thank you, Rockville, for turning what could have been a frustrating situation into a shining example of excellent customer service and quality products.
