This is the worst purchase in my entire life!! They falsely advertised that they have bluetooth. That was a lie!! You cant pair your stereo with these speakers!! The only thing you can pair is a smart phone. That is nice if you have bookshelf speakers but these are advertised as home stereo speakers. Also since the bluetooth didnt work they don't have plugs in the speakers to hard wire regular wires from your stereo. I tried to get these speakers to work and none of the outputs worked. These speakers are now useless!! And i'm mad that I wasted my money!!! I should have looked at the reviews outside amazon. This product need to be taken off the amazon platform!! I tried to ask for a refund from the company and they refused!! I will never buy anything without checking the reviews on the product. I can't trust Amazon either they are in it for the money!!

I first purchased a set of TM-150s September 16, 2021 and the remote was broken out of the box. After going back and forth for several months and 25+ emails later I received an order number March 10, 2022 for the replacement remote. It is now January 9, 2023 and still no remote and at least another 6 emails with their support. I have boxed up the speakers and they are sitting in the attic where they are about as useful as they were in my living room. I do not recommend this company for its customer support or the quality of their products. Note the date of the review requires it to be within 12 months. Since I have been waiting 16 months I used the 12 from months from today.

The product is great only problem with missing a remote and wire, I called them but they keep giving me the runaround they actually suggested that I recheck the box to assure it wasent in there.

I think this Company should go to the front of the line. I recently purchased two very nice Bluetooth Towers. No wires, 12" base speaker on the side with three medium-range and one high range speaker in front, one speaker runs both with a built-in amp. Also up front it has a slot for an sd MMC card and a U Disk port and two mic jacks and they come with their own remote. $369. is a great deaL Great quality!

I called multiple times to get information on some of their audio products for a commercial setting. Prices seemed fair and website had everything. Issue came with the actual shopping experience. I had frequently called many times to get extra information on the products they had as I needed to get some specifics for my setup since I will be installing this in my busines. Multiple calls and waiting on hold only to not reach anyone. A dedicated sales department even if it were small would greatly help this issue as the sale was easy, I needed the right info and I was going to buy. tldr; Waited on hold forever to not get the information I needed. Service wasn't great, can't comment on the product or shipping experience.

Buyer be INFORMED. Yup I ordered some small Bluetooth audio speakers. And was on the fence weather I should order after reading reviews ,by the way thank you trustpilot . But I did after they didn’t send any tracking info in the order confirmation. I waited a few days then called them , they DID pick up and answer but unlike the info I saw they told me it’s being shipped DHL not FED EX . She then proceeded to tell me it was shipped out that day and said it would be here TOMORROW. Now I’m no brain surgeon but I live in Tennessee and the warehouse is in NJ so I let her no that’s impossible AND my info said it would be shipped fedex but ok . She didn’t send tracking number until the next day but the number did arrive . I watch the package get to Memphis Tn the it dropped off the DHL because they handed it off to another carrier. Not very professional because I ASKED her if there was anything else I should know, she said no it should even there tomorrow . As I said up top I then informed her of the impossibility. “ I think they read from a script “ Anyway after it was handed off it DID arrive and work . So yes I did get it but it took to long from order to door I feel . I feel they sent it after I called or maybe because I called who knows. And they should remove fedex shipping from there adds it’s kinda misleading especially when my receipt shows fedex as shipper . They got 2 stars because they work at this point but you can tell they buy in MASS from China and I’m sorry but if I didn’t no better I’d say they were a Chinese company fronted buy Someone here in the USA . Just my feelings . So buyer beware , and if your product brakes DONT expect much . Just one mans OPINION.
