RoccatReviews of roccat.com

I originally ordered the wrong head set. Roccat was Awesome in helping me return the product and ordering the right one. Very nice people to deal with.

Headset Fun I had an issue with a headset i had purchased that was cracking in a way that was a manufacturing defect... they realized it and replaced them with no issues. will get more of their products in the future :)

Excellent return service. Will be returning roccat customer for sure (already am lol)

Top products.

The product is great, even if I had some issues but I received a replacement within a short amount of time. The customer service was very helpful and guided me through the process.

Very easy to follow the RMA instruction and roccat indeed came up with a solution during pandemic. Customer service was also 👍

These guys selling high end products with unsupported beta format software .... pathetic guys
