Terrible product, brand and service. DO NOT buy!!!!!!!!
Careful what you buy. This company will sell you overpriced products that will break, by magic outside of the warranty period, if there is any. And they will sell anything in order to sell you a faulty product. Their teams are incompetent, disrespectful, rude, harassing, a transparent and honest negative feedback will result in your inbox being flooded with subtle insults, harassment and attempts to bride you with 2% discounted (more bad) products. Any issue that needs fixing as per THEIR end, they will ask you to fix yourself. The only language they can speak is french, otherwise you get bad Google Translate scripts. Attitude from every agent, including customer service teams and the managers. They will basically rob you of your money, sell you bad faulty products then ignore you and tell you to ... take a walk. Name Robotshop to anyone and no one knows who the hell they are. they should call it RobyouShop, or Robotdrop. How are they not bankrupt already? From what I heard, word on the street is that they might be .... So I would save my bucks. And try my luck somewhere else -Loa

Leider wird auch nach vielen vielen…
Leider wird auch nach vielen vielen Kontakten die Rechnung des als Gast gekauften Lavviebots nicht in den Account nachgetragen. Produkte werden falsch beschrieben, da die Angaben der China Verkäufer nicht überprüft werden habe für 250.- einen Katzentracker ohne GPS Funktion erstanden. Aufgrund der vom Unternehmen gelieferten Beschreibung. Eher nicht nochmal.

Bei diesem Verkäufer nie wieder!!!
Diesen Verkäufer kann ich keinesfalls weiter empfehlen er ist einfach nur unverschämt bodenlos und nicht Kunden orientiert. den Litter Robot 3 connect Den ich gekauft habe hat der Verkäufer komplett auseinander gebaut so wie ich es als Laie überhaupt nicht kann und mir knapp 100 € gebühren für die Reinigung berechnet. Das finde ich eine bodenlose Unverschämtheit und nicht kundenfreundlich noch dazu Kommt Das man mit dem Verkäufer nicht telefonisch in Kontakt treten kann da er im Ausland sitzt und man eine sehr hohe Telefonrechnung In Kauf nehmen müsste.

Worse experience ever
Worse experience ever! Purchased a Very Very expensive litter robot 3 connect from robotshop and have had nothing but problems from day 1! It's been replaced but still have problems! If you get Ebram from customer services then unlucky you won't be helped! Avoid this company like the plague! Nearly £600 in the bin! Please read reviews before you use this awful company and a litter robot! If you read this after you purchased then all I can say is sorry but you must likely have just chucked your money down the drain. And reply to robotshop any chance of a full refund as the litter robot was replaced in first month and then still had problems? Love to hear you reply on here because I know you will just say no thru email because you been nothing but useless and stressful dealing with from the start. I'll wait for your reply..... I asked Ebram to let me speak to the manger but he wouldn't! It takes a review to get a manager involved! Joke

We ordered a second kitty Robo litter…
Edit: is there a way to give this company negative stars? One seems too many. Unfortunately still dealing with them. Don’t make this mistake. We ordered a second kitty Robo litter for our cats which DHL lost. Given it’s an expensive product and we are repeat customers you would think they would hurry to correct this issue. It’s been 3 weeks delayed now and my husband and I have to chase them daily.

Bestellung umgehend storniert. Ware hier nicht eingetroffen. Klärungen zwecklos. Jetzt Inkassounternehmen am Hals. Ein Ablieferungsnachweis wird nicht erbracht. Wie auch, wenn ich nichts angenommen habe. Meine Erfahrung: Finger weg von diesem Laden!

RobotShop ist nicht in der Lage
RobotShop ist nicht in der Lage, die hinterlegte Lieferadresse von PayPal richtig zu übernehmen. Im High-Tech Zeitalter???? Habe jetzt Versandkosten für nichts bezahlt. Service taugt nichts. Auf keinen Fall zu empfehlen.
