I like this site very much.
I like this site very much. I bought a Litter-Robot 3. The LR3 delivery was fast and everything was working with no issues. But I changed my mind and decided to return it. The support was excellent, they replied to my messages very fast, they were very friendly and helpful. I returned the LR3 without any problems and I got the refund like promised. I recommend this site. They are very professional and care about customers very much.

Panne sur mon Litter robot 4, après un jour d’utilisation. J’ai contacté le service client sur le site internet aux alentours de 20h. J’ai obtenu une réponse en quelques minutes. Après deux autres mails, le robot était réparé. Rapide et efficace ! Parfait !

Excellent all around !
I purchased the litter robot 4 from the robot shop Canada, the price with the extended warranty was cheaper than the manufacturers price with extended warranty! The shipping was fast and the item arrived in 5 days! After I received it, I realized that I need an extra, the mat tray to make the robot function properly on carpet ( which was no fault of the robot shop), and when I went back to purchase the mat tray it was only $21 but the shipping was going to cost $25, I was not happy about this, because had I known I needed that item, I would’ve included it in my purchase originally ( whiskas should have made this clear to new customers and frankly should include this item with the litter robot 4) I contacted the robot shop, and the manager Annie called me back and offered me free shipping on that item due to the inconvenience. She was very pleasant and understanding. Absolutely the best customer service I have ever had.

The customer care team is really customer-caring
Robotshop is the best! I bought a cat automatic litter box and it had issues two times but both times I got help from the Robotshop team. The customer care team is really customer-caring! I recommend it.
