Purchased leap controller
Purchased leap controller, paid £10.80 for shipping, the item was in stock. I'm then told it'll be up to 8 days before it will arrive. Three days after the original order was placed it hadn't been dispatched. Had I known this, I would never have placed the order. Two days for someone to reply to an email is not good. Do better.

Hello David, We are sorry about this situation. We ship all in-stock orders during business days (Monday to Friday) and there is no shipping during the weekends. Your order was placed on Feb. 24 at 17h18 GMT and it was shipped Feb. 27. As communicated by one of our customer service representative we ship from our Netherland warehouse and delivery to UK is between 3-8 business days as of shipment date. NIE WIEDER !!!
NIE WIEDER !!!! ich habe einen Saugroboter mit Absaugstation gekauft, der trotz Sensor und Absturzschutz unter die Heizung und die Treppen gefahren/gefallen ist in den ersten 6 Monaten, als ich auf die Garantie und Rückgabe hingewiesen habe wurde auf kleingedrucktes verwiesen. Es wird mit Sachen geworben welche dann nicht eingehalten werden. Achtet auf das Kleingedruckte bei dem Händler !!! Fazit: Teures Produkt gekauft welches nicht genutzt werden kann, da Sauger fast auf Kinder im Haushalt gefallen ist aus dem 1 Stock. No Go

Terrible service
Terrible service, I ordered a leap motion controller that was “delivered” over a month ago. Well it’s not here, and after challenging the purchase on PayPal all they did was link the “delivery notice” that I already submitted since it’s the only information I have from them. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM

We're very sorry to hear that you did not receive your package and after making further verification, we're unable to find any communication from you via our support center, informing us of this incident. Your order was released from our facility on August 29th and delivered on August 30th, via UPS Next Day Air saver, which was the shipping option you had selected at time that the order was placed. No need to say that it will be a challenge to get any information from the carrier on this delivery, as we're now 69 days after the delivery date. An investigation will be opened and our shipping investigation specialist will be getting back to you in order to provide you with the outcome of the investigation. The Robotshop Team!

Really not that great to be honest
Really not that great to be honest. Over £10 delivery fee to post 25 litter tray liners that you can only get from them. When you question the delivery cost you just get a reply saying its correct.Then when they get lost by evri (surprise as should never use but hey very cheap) I get no response. So so disappointed as the products they sell are great.

Extremely slow customer support
I have purchased litter robot with extended warranty. It stopped working over a week ago. After reaching customer support immediately, I still don’t have a working solution. They take at least 24h to answer EACH of my replies and don’t bother to read the previous conversations in the ticket. So they come back with the same questions I already answered. Unprofessional and unreliable

2 day shipping
I had ordered a linear actuator for a project. There was a deadline for the project so I paid extra for the 2 day shipping. The actuator arrived in 4 days instead of 2 days. Arrived in the same time frame as regular shipping.The deadline was missed. Save your money and use regular shipping.

intentando devolver el litter robot 3
Bueno, decidí comprarlo y justo el mismo día veo anuncio del nuevo, el 4, me dedicí a esperar y devolver el comprado, lo consulté al recogerloen DHL y ya me extrañó que me dijesen que superaba las medidas máximas. Así pues, me pongo en contacto con atención al cliente y ningún problema con la devolución, me facilitaron un número que tengo que indicar. Mi problema viene cuando veo que sobrepasa las medidas y el peso volumétrico, de hecho el declarado por ellos es menor al enviarlo. Y aquí estoy buscando transportista, y sobre esto no me facilitaron ni una sola respuesta, ni etiqueta de devolución aunque fuese a mi coste…..nada…con razón tienes un plazo considerable de 3 meses para devolverlo, ya que te va a ser imposible……y eso que está sin abrir y sin usar. Me parece penoso, hasta la chica de DHL se quedó alucinando de que corriese a mi cargo la devolución y no me proporcionasen una etiqueta como hace Amazon
