We hebben grondig gekeken naar uw Ticket ID #954618, waarmee ons team vorige week donderdag is begonnen. Tijdens uw eerste contact met betrekking tot het verbindingsprobleem informeerde u Louise, ons gespecialiseerde teamlid, dat u al in contact was met de fabrikant. Uw bereidheid om ons op de hoogte te houden, wordt zeer op prijs gesteld. Aangezien we geen directe toegang hebben tot de Whiskers APP, vooral niet bij gereviseerde eenheden waar klantaccountverwijdering niet altijd wordt voltooid, vertrouwen we op hulp van de fabrikant. We zouden meer dan blij zijn geweest om dit proces voor u te vergemakkelijken. Vorige vrijdag informeerde u ons dat uw verbindingsprobleem was opgelost, en u informeerde over het beschadigde pootje. Gisteren ontvingen we het benodigde serienummer om een Return Authorization (RA) te creëren voor het vervangende onderdeel, dat vandaag is verzonden vanuit onze faciliteit in Nederland. We begrijpen het belang van tijdige reacties en waarderen uw begrip voor onze operationele uren. Als wereldwijde online distributeur streven we ernaar om binnen 24 uur op alle vragen van onze klanten te reageren, van maandag tot en met vrijdag van 15.00 tot 21.00 uur CET (Midden-Europese Tijd).
