Hard-to-find products & Fast Cheap shipping = 5 Stars
Very happy with my first purchase with Robotshop. The parts I got are normally only available in the UK but Robotshop carries the full line which is wonderful. Also I was offered an economy shipping option for my small order (only $2.99 for less than 1 lb.), and my shipment came within one week. I'll definitely be buying from them in the future.

I just wanted to thank Robotshop customer services. Items were dispatched and sent promptly. Delivered swiftly - even though they were shipped from abroad. There was an issue with one of the items that I ordered- the customer services' representative responded quickly and dealt with the issue in the most polite manner without any delay. Thank you. A happy customer.
