Wow..... How problem should be resolve...
Unbelievable service.. Quick, friendly and no hassle. Just a message, a quick video and voila, a replacement was on the way. Mom didn't even know Tabby was missing. Thanks

Annie at Robotshop
Up until Annie the service I received wasn’t great. Annie went above and beyond to ensure my product was delivered. She was calm and friendly despite my displeasure. She is a great asset to your organization.

Bin rundum zufrieden
Bin rundum zufrieden. Super schnelle Lieferung. Sonntag bestellt und schon am Dienstag geliefert bekommen!. Auch genauso angekommen wie es beschrieben war. Kundenservice konnte ich noch nicht testen, da ich bis jetzt noch keine Probleme mit den gelieferten Waren hatte.

Top shop
Top shop! Goede en snelle technische hulp. Eerste litter robot gekocht via andere website. Die bestaat niet meer en toch helpen ze me als fabrikant erg goed. Krijg zelfs een nieuw onderdeel thuis gestuurd en heb er meteen nog een 2e litter robot besteld want op af en toe een storing na een geweldig apparaat.

Best online retailer to deal with
I bought snapmaker original from robotshop and as soon as i assembled it there was problem with cnc .so i contact them and they arrange the replacement from factory very quickly for the parts which we thought is a problem after receiving that problem was still there so i contact the snapmaker and they i need to get the new machine because there might be problems wirh other parts instead the machine. So i contact the Robotshop and they did the replacement with speed of light. Ehat else do you want from retailers. We all know brand new 50 thousands car might have problem as soon as you take it out of the dealership but how they deal with the problem is important which Robotshop did it exceptionally well for online retailer in different country. I will definitely will buy more things from Robotshop because i know if something go wrong with item this guys are there to fix it and that's excellent customer service. Ps : very especial thanks to Louise and Nemanja for all your help . Best regards, Kash

Excellent company to deal with
I can only say good things. I had excellent and prompt delivery and customer service. I was charged UK tax by Fedex, whilst the government sort out import issues, but was immediately refunded the full £106 back to me by Robotshop. All communications were prompt and helpful. I cannot understand the negative comments.
