I used Roboform for 5 years. Previous versions were robust enough and worked across my PC, iPad and iPhone (I never really used the log on to any computer app/website.) I liked how RF could generate secure passwords and offered to remember them for you - in 2012 this was better than Chrome and Safari were offering! However, RF just upgraded to Version 8. Previous upgrades have been fine but this time it completely wiped all my passwords! Let's remind ourselves: I'd been using RF for 5 years to generate a whole family of secure passwords. For all my accounts. On everything. Gone. RF support has been very poor. Apparently, I should have backed up the passwords somewhere. I thought the whole point of the system was RF looked after them somewhere so they always had them safe. But seemingly they're not responsible for that. I was just accessing the passwords on their system but I was responsible for backing them up. Roboform support filed the issue firmly in the "not our problem" category. So I'm filing myself in their "not your customer" category now. I've started using Kaspersky Total Internet Security which includes a password manager and that's working fine. Adios Roboform!

Great product... until it stopped working. Out of the blue we couldn't open any folders to access passwords. Contacted tech support, left multiple messages, created a ticket online. Got one half-assed email response that gave me the impression that they didn't even read the complaint. It's been over a week and I've left multiple messages, spent hours on hold and never been allowed to speak to anyone but the receptionist who said they were working on it. I was supposedly holding for someone for 40 min when I again got transferred to a voicemail. Our business can't acces any of the websites stored in folders. The customer service is abhorrent, the tech "support" is nonexistant. DO NOT USE THIS FOR YOUR BUSINESS!!

moins performant car rempli mal ou pas certains type de formulaires ex ceux de google form

I have been using Roboform for over 7 years and loved it. Recently it has stopped filling in forms on random websites in my Opera browser. I tried their live chat for support and it told me I had to wait 2 minutes and 39 seconds. After four minutes of waiting it told me there were no reps available and to try again later. Then I tried the phone and waited 15 minutes. I got a person and after about 7 minutes of troubleshooting, the line was disconnected and when I called back I got a busy signal. This company seems to be having technical support problems. I'll try again later, but my first experience with tech support from this company is not encouraging. To be fair...when the program works I love it. This review is only for the one tech support experience. Update: 9-15-2016 - Jwalls posted below offering to personally help me out. I wrote to him immediately and outlined my problem. I mentioned that if the problem wasn't solved I would start looking for an alternative. program. As of today days and days later I haven't heard a word. I will update this review as soon as I hear (or don't) from him (or her). Upadate 9/16/2016 I head from Justin and will try his solution of updating my browser. I will update this review after I try it.

I don't normally write reviews, but this program is easy to set up. Very easy to use, and you can pick your own passwords or let it pick your passwords for you. you can easily set-up a password to stop others from using your passwords. I've been using RoboForm for about 4 yrs. now, and have had no issues at all. I highly recommend this program

çok başarılı bir program

Coût un peu élevé, quand c'est juste un renouvellement annuel.
