This is as a result of our faster and more secure v8 One File format: https://help.roboform.com/hc/en-us/articles/115003954267-What-is-One-File- We do realize that for some workflows this does create an extra step over our previous default configuration. However, many new commonly requested features such as Secure Sharing could not work with our old file system. And in addition we had many users who were uncomfortable with their Login names not being behind a password, even on their own machine. An option you may want to explore if you want to reduce Master Password prompts is to use the 'Don't ask for Master Password' option: https://help.roboform.com/hc/en-us/articles/115000287591-How-to-turn-off-request-for-Master-Password

Hello Gerardas, Thank you for the feedback and we apologize for the inconvenience. For a period of a few days after the free trial ends we do show a daily notification via the app but this is not displayed in perpetuity. To disable any sync related notifications after the end of the trial see here for instructions: https://help.roboform.com/hc/en-us/articles/115005524988-How-do-I-turn-off-syncing

Hello, Thank you for your feedback. RoboForm operates under a freemium model whereby RoboForm Everywhere (our premium service) is a subscription but the product itself on just one device without syncing and other Everywhere benefits is free. More info on this here: https://www.roboform.com/everywhere In the past, we sold stand-alone licenses on a per computer basis (Desktop) as well as Everywhere. It appears you purchased Desktop. Please note that as of the latest version which came out last year we do allow a free upgrade from Desktop to our Free version which is the licensing equivalent. If you are using our Everywhere service however, there is a charge as was always the case. We have reached out via the Trustpilot system and not heard back as well as an email we believe to be yours from our database.
