My Memory Helper
My memory isn't as good as it used to be when I was younger, and Roboform remembers all my passwords for me, as well as making me feel safe.

Fixed my issue in five minutes.
I told him my issue, and he said to download the editor. Sent me the link in the email to fix my issue. Responded within five minutes of my email. Best Customer Service I ever had.

It will not recognise my password
I have not saved any passwords since installing the app. I tried to use it today but it would not accept my password which I had written down. I can't find a way to reset my password

Hi Peter, I’m sorry you’re having trouble accessing RoboForm. If you previously enabled biometrics for the RoboForm app and turned on Account Recovery on your Android phone, you may be able to create a new Master Password without losing your data: https://help.roboform.com/hc/en-us/articles/7702072343565-How-to-use-the-Account-Recovery-Feature-Android If Account Recovery isn’t available, you can reset the account and start fresh. This deletes saved account data but does not affect your subscription: https://help.roboform.com/hc/en-us/articles/360001127151-I-forgot-my-Master-Password-What-can-I-do Our support team can help if you run into trouble: https://www.roboform.com/support
