Reliability
Been using this for years. At my age, I wish it was a little more telephone support heavy, but the online support has been satisfactory. Being able to logon using touch ID is a real improvement.

Great software
Great software. Works on my computer and phone. Allows me to have hundreds of different passwords and allows me to generate a new one when wanted or needed.
