RoboForm product and support are fantastic
RoboForm support is fantastic. I have been a RoboForm customer since 2006 and when issues occured, their support has been very responsive. RoboForm's ability to work across platforms is essential for me. The Safenotes component of RoboForm is at least as important as the password manager. It allows securely saving critical data.

Avoid multiyear license
Avoid multiyear license. Or avoid this app all together. Used for years but they can make significant chances in functionality. For me the service was no longer useable. I was halfway through a 5 year license and they refused to offer a refund for the unused portion. Now that I have looked at alternatives I have found much more professional looking and functioning apps.

Hello Jeremy, thanks for your feedback and for being a long-time customer. We appreciate the opportunity to address your concerns about the recent updates to how authentication works and the browser extension requirement. Regarding your concern about browser extensions slowing down your machine, the RoboForm Chrome extension is extremely lightweight and runs seamlessly on Windows 11 and modern systems. Hundreds of thousands of our users run it daily without any performance impact. We've also sent you a direct message with more details to address your specific setup preferences and would genuinely like to help you continue using RoboForm effectively.
