Recruiters at Robert half seem to never follow up back with you. I am constantly getting emails and not hearing back from anyone . I have been in contact with Samaria the last time and she’s the last person to do the same exact thing that every one else does. “When something comes along i will follow up” where’s the follow up ? When i email to ask if there is anything bc i haven’t heard i don’t get a response. but never the less to say my experience has not been good ever since Ms. Erica left. As a recruiter , what is your point of working with me when your communication skills are not up to par. I am tired of receiving emails and then when i respond saying i can start immediately i don’t get an answer. I call leave voicemails i don’t get a response. I get told apply online but no one ever reaches out. I have been working with Robert half for about 4 years now and it’s very unfortunate that the recruiters after Erica do not now how to communicate. People are actually looking for jobs ready to work , it’s not cool playing on peoples lines nor is it cool to just disappear and ignore people trying to find a job. Recruiters really have to a better job at helping people who keep telling you they wanna work. Someone called me weeks ago asking about all my business and if I’m working and etc just for him to not even reach back out with a job. I am extremely tired.

Hello, I want to share an experience I had while being assigned to Robert Half. To start from the beginning, everything seemed to be going well with Robert Half. I registered, had my phone interview, and waited for job opportunities in the area I was applying for. Everything was smooth; I managed to secure a job with their help, and all the paperwork and documents were processed (written in French/Dutch, which I had to translate to at least English. Considering Belgium is part of Europe, I believe English should be included as an extra language, just as other EU countries do). The first three weeks went well; my salary arrived on the indicated day (albeit very late in the day, leaving little time for any physical purchases, if needed, so you have to wait until the next day). Then, we reached the fourth or fifth week, and that’s when the real confusion began. To this day, I still don’t know what happened. I didn’t receive my weekly salary; one day passed, then two, and soon two weeks had gone by without anything. Amid calls and email exchanges, the only response I received from every colleague I spoke to was, "We apologize, but you will have to wait until the bank processes the request." Basically, the response was always the same: "Wait." For someone like me, who usually has patience, this time it ran out completely. I had to contact the agency daily for more information because just waiting doesn’t help when you’re running dry. After all, without water and love, no plant grows. I felt ignored in terms of the information provided, and I believe there’s a significant lack of organization, values, respect, and care for others. I’m not saying I was mistreated, but I wasn’t heard. And as you know, if we don’t listen to others, the message is never received, and a solution can’t be found. Days passed as indicated, and my bills kept coming. With personal responsibilities piling up, I had to find several solutions until my delayed salaries were finally paid. Following this process, I had to provide information about a card and a code I received to access more "benefits" from Robert Half, such as discounts and vouchers. The card arrived with the code, but the app doesn’t work, indicating that it’s not activated in Belgium. I found this quite hilarious, smelling of yet another red flag. When I raised the issue, I was told to email Pluxee explaining the problem. I did just that, attaching screenshots of the error. One week passed, then two, three weeks, and I continued to wait for a response from both Pluxee and Robert Half to resolve the issue. What’s the point of having a new card if it’s useless? After two weeks, I finally received my delayed salaries. It’s as if they fell from the sky, probably stuck in a tree or perhaps in someone’s pocket, lol. The reason I’m sharing this information is that, as a person and as a professional, I cannot allow such things to happen: a lack of information, a lack of understanding, a failure to look into matters more deeply, and the absence of any initiative to speak to managers or responsible parties to verify the situation. Perhaps this has happened to others, and they also have to wait. Time should be used wisely and carefully, not wasted or taken for granted. I hope this situation does not repeat itself, as I will pursue other legal avenues if it does. Thank you.

Zeer slecht! Geen communicatie. Ze nemen telefonisch contact op, daarna heb ik een uitgebreid beeld/telefonisch interview gegeven. De belofte wordt gedaan dat je binnen enkele dagen bericht krijgt over het verdere verloop van een sollicitatieprocedure. En als ik niks zou horen, “mocht” ik wel even zelf contact opnemen. Ik heb geappt, gebeld (voicemail ingesproken), gemaild, en contact opgenomen met het algemene telefoonnummer. Totaal geen reactie. Robert Half: voor mij doe je inderdaad half werk!

Ik wil graag mijn positieve ervaring delen met het recruitmentbureau Robert Half. Dankzij hun uitstekende diensten heb ik een baan gevonden als IT Coördinator. Inmiddels werk ik anderhalve maand voor dit bedrijf en ik ben zeer tevreden met deze positie. Robert Half heeft niet alleen snel werk voor mij gevonden, maar ook een functie die perfect past bij mijn carrière als IT-medewerker. Hun professionele en efficiënte aanpak heeft ervoor gezorgd dat ik nu in een rol zit waar ik mijn vaardigheden optimaal kan benutten en verder kan ontwikkelen. Ik ben erg dankbaar voor de hulp en ondersteuning die Robert Half heeft geboden tijdens mijn zoektocht naar een nieuwe uitdaging. Ik kan dit recruitmentbureau van harte aanbevelen aan iedereen die op zoek is naar een passende en bevredigende carrièrestap.

Nach dem ersten "Kennenlerngespräch" erhalte ich keine Antworten mehr auf meine Mails bezüglich eines Updates zu ersten/weiteren Vermittlungsgesprächen und werde komplett ignoriert.

Appalling experience. Was put forward for an interview, I attended, and then never heard back. They then call me a couple of months later regarding a different role they feel could be a good fit for me. This time though, they wish to meet me via teams first, before putting me forward - absolutely fine. Meeting arranged for 10am the next day, never received a link, so had to chase for this. Then receive a response changing the time to 11:30am instead, only to join and them never turn up. I sat and waited 15 minutes. Worst recruitment company I've ever used so wasn't shocked to see on here that 74% have rated them 1 star!

Waste of time Robert half claim they hire for external clients and companies but they did not mention the company name on job post which are big red flag. and it lure it's users by high paying job posting which not existed and manipulated by itself.
