Mehrfach beworben – keine Rückmeldung Ich habe mich mehrfach bei Robert Half auf verschiedene ausgeschriebene Stellen beworben. Leider habe ich trotz mehrerer Bewerbungen weder eine persönliche Rückmeldung noch eine ordentliche Absage erhalten. Teilweise blieb es lediglich bei der automatischen Eingangsbestätigung. Ein solches Bewerbungsverfahren empfinde ich als wenig wertschätzend und unprofessionell. Wenn eine Bewerbung nicht infrage kommt, sollte es selbstverständlich sein, den Bewerber darüber zu informieren. Besonders kritisch sehe ich den Umgang mit meinen persönlichen Daten. Bei Bewerbungen werden umfangreiche personenbezogene und berufliche Informationen erhoben. Robert Half beschreibt selbst, dass Bewerbungsdaten unter anderem an Kunden, verbundene Unternehmen und die Muttergesellschaft in den USA übermittelt und dort verarbeitet werden können. Auch auf Bewertungsplattformen finden sich wiederholt Berichte von Bewerbern über ausbleibende Rückmeldungen bzw. Ghosting. Mein persönlicher Eindruck: Der Aufwand für mehrere Bewerbungen steht für mich in keinem angemessenen Verhältnis zur fehlenden Kommunikation. Ich würde Bewerbern daher empfehlen, sich

Most unprofessional staffing service I've ever used. Within the time I was getting paid through them I had a dozen uplines. In other words I'd have the name of the person who was my contact there and then one day I'd contact them only to find they were no longer employed. Sometimes I managed to find somebody, other times I had to contact HR directly to find them. This should have been automatic and I should have been notified. At no point other than this did I have ANY contact with them. Like absolutely none. And when I did try to contact them about this half the time I got nothing in response. My contract was supposed to be for six months. No word from them about anything other than they rolled it over. When I contacted them asking for a raise, I had glowing performance reports, I was always getting top marks from my superiors and was known as the guy to get things done I never got any kind of response from them. Three years I worked for them before I was taken on full time. Three years and they still stole half of my contact for doing nothing. Seriously. I found out what they were getting paid for me and it was twice what I was getting paid. And today when in my new position I have somebody come across my desk and they're being placed by Robert Half I throw the resume away. I am not dealing with this company ever again and neither should you. And since I can't choose a date older than 2025 just look at that and remove 10 from it making it 2015. EDIT: Robert Half has responded and they want to "discuss" this. Of course now that everybody can see what a shitty company they are they want to mitigate it. Where were you all those years ago when I was trying to find answers? Where were you when I looking for somebody to respond to me? Where were you when I was struggling to pay my bills because you greedy bastards took HALF of my contract for doing NOTHING. If I ever were to try to reconcile with Robert Half it would be a cold day in hell. I will NEVER accept a resume from anybody that is using Robert Half as their contracting company.

Very unprofessional. I applied for a job in June, a job exactly matching my previous one in another global company, yet received no response beyond the automated one. I followed up via a friend who knew someone working there. My application wasn't on their system. This is despite email confirmation of my successful application?! So I submitted my application directly to a staff member who forwarded it to the job owner. The job owner refused to reply to his own colleague or me. I sent multiple emails and am shocked not to have received a response. Maybe it's sheer incompetence by one or a few staff, but it paints a picture of a shambolic organization. It's now September and the job listing has just been removed. I wonder how something like this could happen.

I am a multi degreed CPA and accounting contractor with decades of experience in both permanent and contract work. I have worked with many, many consulting firms and can say that Robert Half is the worst. Nothing but low ball opportunities. The best companies do not work with them. For example, here in Richmond, VA companies like Capital One, Dominion, Markel etc. never work with them.

Robert Half is a scam. I signed up on with them 1/26 it's now 8/26 AND all I got was a 4hrs job. They said I was going to get paid today But I DIDN'T. THEY SAID IT TAKES 2-3 BUSINESS DAYS AFTER PAY Day before IT WILL BE DEPOSIT IN MY ACCOUNT. I NEVER EVER HEARD OF THAT IN MY 60+ YEARS OF.MY LIFE. OLIVIA 8N THE DC OFFICE WAS MY RECRUITER AND SHE NEVER EVER GOT ME A JOB. NEVER WORK FOR ROBERT HALF PERIOD. It looks like I got to go to one of their office and collect my money from everyone pockets.

They call you about job openings, you interview and then you never hear from them again. Their business practices stink!!!

Eine der anstrengendsten Recruiting-Firmen, mit denen ich bisher zu tun hatte. Ich hatte schon vor Corona Kontakt mit ihnen. Bis heute kam dabei kein einziges Angebot heraus, bei dem ich dachte: Ja. Das ist wirklich interessant. Jedes Gespräch hinterließ eher das Gefühl, dass ich nicht Kandidat bin, sondern Statist in irgendeinem internen Aktivitätsnachweis. Ich habe schon mehrmals darum gebeten, aus der Datenbank gelöscht zu werden. Beim vorherigen Kontakt wurde mir Zeitarbeit angeboten. Mündlich wurden mir natürlich alle Vorteile erklärt. Flexibel. Interessant. Gute Chancen. Tolle Perspektive. Dann bat ich um ein Vertragsmuster. Antwort: Aus Datenschutzgründen sei das leider nicht möglich. Aha. Ein Mustervertrag darf ich also nicht sehen. Aber unterschreiben könnte ich sofort. Da fragt man sich schon: Ist das Datenschutz? Oder einfach nur eine sehr kreative Art, Transparenz zu vermeiden? Gestern nach 15 Uhr ruft dann der nächste Agent an. Kein: "Haben Sie gerade kurz Zeit?" oder "Passt es Ihnen?" Nicht einmal ein sauberer Einstieg. Er legt einfach los. Erzählt. Fragt ab. Arbeitet sein Programm runter. Ich war unterwegs und habe ihn irgendwann unterbrochen: Schicken Sie mir die Informationen bitte per Mail. Hat er gemacht. Nützliche Details? Kaum. Dafür Datenschutzerklärung und Fragebogen. Ich kam sehr spät nach Hause. Keine Kraft. Keine Lust. Kein Kopf mehr für so etwas. Und heute um 8 Uhr morgens kommt eine Erinnerung. Ernsthaft? Hat er mir wirklich manuell eine Erinnerung für 8 Uhr morgens gesetzt? Du hast gestern nach 15 Uhr zum ersten Mal mit mir gesprochen. Ich hatte noch nicht einmal 24 Stunden Zeit, mit deinem Fragebogen emotional zusammenzuwachsen. Das war’s. Endgültig. Robert Half Frankfurt und ich gehen ab jetzt getrennte Wege. Ohne Erinnerungsfunktion. Ohne Fragebogen. Und ohne Vertragsmuster aus Datenschutzgründen. ====================== Vielen Dank für das Angebot. Meine Erfahrungen dürften intern ausreichend nachvollziehbar sein. Im Moment interessiert mich weniger eine nachträgliche Prüfung meiner Frustration. Ich warte lieber auf die Bestätigung, dass meine Daten wie bereits angefordert aus Ihrer Datenbank gelöscht wurden.

I would personally not recommend working for Robert Half as an office temp. I was excited to be hired in January of this year. I planned to stay with Robert Half long-term as an office temp. I enjoyed my first placement, and was provided with 100% positive feedback for eight weeks. I was dependable, punctual, respectful, well-dressed, and a good communicator. I was cordial with staff, and did my work as instructed. There was never a dull moment in the role, and I enjoyed keeping busy with many daily tasks. On approx. March 18th, my agent called to again provide me with 100% positive feedback, and told to keep up the great work. The very next day, I finished my shift at the usual time, and before I could get my coat I received another phone call from my Robert Half agent. The agent stated that I was let go immediately, and the reason was that I, "had made too many mistakes". Again, I was never warned of any issues with my work, and if I did make a mistake they were small and I corrected them immediately. Not only was I let go without any constructive or negative feedback about my work, my agent treated me as someone to be thrown away; that I was not a quality employee. To say I was confused would be an understatement. I kindly asked for an in-person appointment so that my agent and I could discuss possible opportunities in the future, and was turned down. I was told by my agent that they would only meet with me virtually. A week later I had my virtual appointment, which could only be described as appalling. Not only did my agent make it very clear from the beginning that he had no interest in discussing future opportunities with me, he also became manipulative, and even argumentative before I told him thank you for the opportunity and that I appreciated his time, etc. I have never before or since had an interaction like this with any HR representative in my 30 yeas of working. I have since applied for approx. ten Robert Half temp positions with two different offices. I have been qualified for all of the roles but have not receive any response let alone an opportunity for even a phone interview. Based on this experience, I would suggest that if you're looking for a temp role, that Robert Half is not a trustworthy or dependable employer and to try elsewhere.
