😠 UNACCEPTABLE BUSINESS PRACTICE & STERN WARNING 😠 This company's behavior is a clear and direct example of bad-faith business practices designed to prevent legitimate payouts. After being a customer since 2020, I finally initiated a withdrawal, and the company manufactured a dispute over my proof of address to deny the funds. Their official policy requires proof of address to be dated within the last 90 days. While this is their stated policy, they have found a way to use this requirement to make the resulting documentation issue my fault, entirely disregarding my circumstances. Despite the fact that I suffered a recent fire—which explains the lack of a current utility bill—I immediately provided multiple, recent, government-issued documents that unequivocally confirm the address matching my primary government ID. The company's refusal to accept verifiable, governmental proof of identity and residence is not a clerical error; it is a calculated stall tactic. They are intentionally weaponizing their 90-day rule and rejecting superior proof of identity simply to void the transaction. It is evident that any person with basic common sense would recognize the provided governmental documentation as irrefutable proof of address. Their rejection of these documents is a deliberate search for the flimsiest possible excuse to void the transaction and retain the funds. WARNING TO ALL POTENTIAL USERS: EXERCISE EXTREME CAUTION. Do not assume that passing their initial verification process guarantees a successful payout. This company appears to be actively seeking any and all loopholes to avoid honoring withdrawals. I strongly advise you to complete their entire, rigorous withdrawal verification process before committing any significant deposits. This is a clear warning: they are looking for a way out, and they will find one by shifting the blame for their own rigid policy. Also they have MANY sister sites ..I would search out those and avoid them also!

We’re sorry to hear about your frustration and understand how difficult this situation has been. Our verification process is part of the terms and conditions you agree to upon signing up, they are not a loophole to avoid honouring a withdrawal. As per our terms 'Before any withdrawal request can be processed the customer is required to make at least one successful deposit and present their identification documents: Proof of Address: A recent utility bill or bank statement (dated within the last 3 months). Ensure it's a clear image or digital copy—no screenshots, please.' Please reach out to our support team at [email protected] so we can review your case directly and work toward a resolution. Thanks
