Winning big on limited cash out not very fun
OK, I am very happy that I won a little bit of money but why would they allow you to win $4000 when you can only cash out 400 and then I cashed out 450 and they only still gave me $349.99 What’s up with the penny not that I care but I gave 450 so because I knew they were gonna charge the $50 and they took that and another $50 and then another penny whatever I had issues with this a couple years ago and this is why I won’t be going on this website too much. It’s not cut and dry like I like but I wanna thank you for giving me the free $40 to play and that’s what I won on.

Thank you for your review, Nancy, and congratulations on your win! After reviewing your account, I can confirm that your winnings did originate from a $40 chip which had a maximum cash-out of $400. The $50 check-processing fee was then applied, bringing your final payout to $350. As for the 1¢ adjustment, it is still in your account balance and has not been removed. We are sorry for any inconvenience this has caused. To ensure your check processes quickly and without any hiccups, we apply a very small adjustment to the amount. This helps prevent delays and guarantees your payment is delivered smoothly.
