My title never arrived. Address was verified. Neither did the lien release. I had to hound them for that to be sent. Explained that the local DMV will not register the bike with only the lien release. Roadrunner associates said there is nothing else to be done. They will happily take your money, but don't expect any service in return.

I paid extra 608 to be exact to cover the next 4 months so my next payment should be in September but they are saying my next payment is August I feel if you aren’t going to put it towards my monthly payments as it was meant for reimbursement is needed immediately to my bank for the remaining money
