Well really haven't gotten any thing yet Waiting for all the approvals

I do not feel like this process was handled properly. I was asked a bunch of questions, there was no forms of identification taken from me or any request for lab results. The website asked which medication I was interested in. And then proceeded to tell me that I was approved and automatically shipped the medication to a pharmacy. I was not ready for you to place an order. And charge my card more than what the monthly fee is. The platform made it appear as though. A telehealth medical physician would be in contact with me to discuss my goals. And my needs and everything else that I had questions for. Instead, I received an a I generated response from a supposedly medical doctor which I was unable to message back or contact. This is such a poor service. I hope the serena williams pulls her sponsorship. I should have looked at the BBB before subscribing, because after reading those reviews, i'm surprised you're even in business

Delivery time delayed. Like the product but being on time isn’t a priority
