Great Service for Hair Loss -- I've been a Roman member since March 2019 and the service has been so useful to help me maintain / regrow hair. I have some family history of male pattern baldness so wanted to get started on some sort of treatment before it was too late, and Roman made it very easy to connect with a provider and receive medication to help stall my hair loss. Service since then has been outstanding. Highly recommend for anyone who is looking for a solid and affordable hair loss treatment option.I

Wish there was zero stars. They charge your credit card and never send medication. The app is a mess. Asked for help with the app charging me for other people's meds - the app is NOT private. The app does not follow HIPPA privacy

Absolutely stay away from this service. I can not believe it is legal for them to do what they do......charge you, make promises, and do not deliver the service you paid for. I have sent dozens of emails and all I get is generic responses and no answers. They keep charging me for NOTHING. It is unbelievable this service stays in business.

Placed order over two weeks ago and never received. When reached out to find out whats going on they said there was a problem with the address however its the same address they had send a shipment before.

Ro charged me in JUNE for a membership I canceled in APRIL. They have no customer service phone number either, so you have to email them and wait to hear back in 1-2 business days. I disputed the charge with my bank and had to get a new debit card issued due to the unapproved charge.
