Ro makes it very easy to manage your refills, change dates of delivery and track your order. You receive an email reminding you about your upcoming order with enough advanced notice to make any necessary changes. They are very transparent with subscriptions.

Ease of ordering

I ordered a refill 10 days prior to a cruise my wife and I were going on for our anniversary, and even paid for expedited shipping just in case... Ro reported as processed and shipped... and them it disappeared. UPS tracking kept showing it as in the local office and en route, and then the tracking went blank. Contacted the company, and they basically said, we'll reprocess the order, and deliver it on Tuesday. Great. We embark on Monday. Too late! Oh well, looks like it's gonna be a lot of Casino and Bar action for 10 days. Terrible customer service. Being polite but not solving a problem isn't "good customer service", that's just courtesy. Good customer service would have been an expedited refill and overnight shipping. Cancelled all of my subscriptions and account and will take my business elsewhere. They picked the worst possible refill to screw up. It happens, but doesn't matter. Done with Ro.
