I've already written a review about this company, and unfortunately, my initial experience was really awful. Despite clearly declining any additional charges, I've somehow ended up being billed a monthly fee after just two months. Initially, I paid the $99 upfront fee, but now I'm being hit with an additional $145 charge every month. What do I have to show for it? Honestly, not much. This company's responsiveness has been painfully slow, I have not received any prescriptions and hardly any responses, and yet, I'm still being charged for it even after I declined to move forward, which resulting from the lack of response. To be completely transparent, there was never a clear disclosure about a membership fee, and now I'm in a frustrating battle to get my money back for a service that I never really received!

How quickly I got my prescription. How quickly my order was shipped. I highly recommend this Company.

Beware!!! Once you click on the site is takes you to a questionnaire and you don't realize your actually signing up for a membership. I emailed them right away because there isn't an option to speak with a person. They still sent out a test kit and charged me the Mempeship fee, test kit and sign up fee. Never used their services and still trying to cancel my membership. Terrible company.

After taking blood tests, sending photos and stats, I was prescribed a weight-loss drug that is essentially non-existent in starter doseages nationwide (Wegovy). I'm now out $244 ($99 initial and then $145/month auto-renewal) and have absolutely zero to show for it. They're great about communication at first, but good luck getting replies to questions once they have your money. I wonder if the bots in charge of their customer service are the same ones writing the vague, generic positive reviews here.

I want my money back. This was an absolute scam and I’ll be reporting everywhere I can. The whole entire intent was to get ozempic, right? I went through an entire PAID process just to be told that more recently the only way I can get ozempic is if I ALREADY have diabetes?! Why wasn’t this told to me upfront—prior to spending a bunch of money to be told medicine would be over a THOUSAND dollars a month in addition to a $145 fee for a “body program”. ZERO transparency—no excuses. You all intentionally kept information that would aid in swaying a decision to not pursue treatment because of astronomical medication pricing and more importantly, the need for a pre-existing condition. I didn’t need a whole lab kit to freakin determine that, a simple fasted blood glucose test would have been en excellent indicator to automatically qualify or disqualify someone from ozempic all together. This is a class action suit in the making, I wonder how many others you did this to. It’s is absolutely unfair to withhold facts from someone regardless of where their insurance coverage lays. There is a base price, sans insurance, that should be told prior to paying $145 for a body program but more importantly THE NEED FOR A PRE-EXISTING CONDITION. I hate dishonesty more than anything and withholding information is a form of just that. I have reported to the BBB - another 1 star rating among so many there!!
