I desperately needed Latisse for my sparse lashes! I completed the questionnaire and ordered and I received within a couple of days. Quick and easy process. Amazing experience!

Package is 6days late & counting. Lack of response and clear data from Ro and UPS. Though this isn’t usual it’s very upsetting and time consuming. Unhappy customer! Maybe time to start looking into other healthcare providers. Hello 7 DAYS AND STILL NO PACKAGE & NO CALL! You have the worst customer service,,, please refund my total amount. You still have on your site tha you’re gonna deliver it by 3/22/24 lol. REFUND MY MONEY!! UPDATE ROMAN.CO has not posted any new updates they still have on the site that they will deliver on 03/22/24,,,, go figure! I have reached out to another provider wich has humans that talk to you to resolve issues not ROBOTS, also their price is CHEAPER . I’m giving Ro.co 24hrs to have my order at my doorstep. If not I want a total and will write a review telling customers to go to the competition. 9 DAYS NO PACKAGE NO UPDATE NO REFUND PLEASE REFUND MY MONEY.

I found Ro to be a very informative, helpful company that helped me find exactly what I needed! Glad to recommend them to friends, already have and will continue to!

Very easy process. I followed the instructions and received my prescription and medication in a timely manner. The staff and doctor have answered all correspondence and questions.

The staff is so helpful and fast getting back with you, and I love the privacy!

New topical finasteride made my whole scalp turn red with itchy flakes. No response from Ro. Horrible company. Will not contact me back.... submitted an email over 10 days ago. No response.

The best part about this whole thing was that I get to see my own results whereas if my doctor does it, I never get to see them!

Every time I interact with a “team member” it has been someone different. When I send a message it says I will have to wait up to 5 days for a response. I got frustrated and wanted a call about cancelling but account was cancelled. The next day I told them I did not want to cancel but was told although less than 24 hours I have to redo a whole health history and pay another $145.00. I have since texted with Dr Rooney who had approved and sent my medication. In the 2 plus weeks I have never dealt with the same person twice. It is very frustrating.
