Customer Service If there are issues to log in the system does not work to assist you to log in. I find this very interesting as that is the only way to cancel your trial subscriptions. There support is shotty at best and will ignore you at worst. I would say the medication I received did not perform as the same "brand" bought through my regular pharmacy and my primary doctor. No way to cancel and product that does not perform and a system that blocks your access to address problems. Be very carful with this company.

Same as alot of others. I was duped into thinking that these people were going to bat for me. They literally just want you to get there compounded medication or pay in full for the others directly from them because they know most insurers don't cover it unless you have diabetes. Took a whole month to be let down several times. Every question I had was answered by some bullcrap automated response. Go to your family doctor to go through this time wasting money grab.
