My experience with Ro has been great so far. The app is easy to navigate and i have been updated every step of the way. Once i was approved for my medication it was sent out within three days and I received it with step by step instructions on how to administer. Really looking forward to hitting my weight loss goals. :)

I signed up for the service at a cost of $99 under the premise they were going to ill my insurance had a concierge for help. These guys are just selling the weight loss product like every other online company so if you can get the medicines and "plan" from a local provider it's way more interactive than doing it online, and less expensive.

My question never got answered about possibly changing medications and was just notified an order was shipped. No change. Company followed up and got me taken care of.

To be honest I’m dint get a good result till next day and I’m using different products and practical it’s wey better this it’s my opinion but tanks
