The lower cost for paying up front 888 is only the subscription fee and not that you’re paying 74 a month for the complete thing including medication. That’s the trick. The medical will be another charge. And they will not refund the subscription. Any company that refuses to refund when no product has been shipped is shady by nature

The whole process was so easy from answering personal and medical questions to the doctor reviewing my answers and medical history to see if was qualified to writing me a prescription and medication being shipped out within a few hours. Easy process and grateful to my personal doctor who will be reviewing and monitoring me through my weight loss journey. Regards, Robert Z

Horrible customer service and the most unreliable shipping imaginable. In the last year of their service, I had six deliveries either not arrive on time or at all. Their customer service was unhelpful and said they’d only give me credit that was 33% of what I paid and they did not resend the medication even with proof it did not arrive AND was fraudulently signed for by the delivery driver.

This RO product does not work for me.

I had an awful experience, and cannot recommend Ro. I answered all the questions, paid them for the membership, chose a medication I had specifically decided on after a ton of research, and was prescribed something else with no explanation. When I asked for an explanation, I received a non-reply from their AI. Since that didn’t answer my question, I asked for a better response and was told someone would be with me in 1-3 business days. I canceled my account. Also, the medication I selected when asked what I preferred was $199 for the first two months. Subsequent fills would be $349 (because my insurance doesn’t cover it) + the monthly membership fee of $149, for a total of $498. I’ve learned that because I have insurance, I could have gotten a savings card for the medication that would have made it $299 + an occasional co-pay for a PCP office visit. The whole experience left me both frustrated and angry. I will never do business with Ro again.

I thought first mo per add was 39$ and expected more service on selection on best rx for me

Very easy straightforward, ordered and processed the same day

Very informative and accommodating from the beginning. Price is a little pricey, but My insurance doesn't pay for weight loss medication now. Wish it was a bit more affordable.
