It was so easy and convenient and the best part was that I didn’t have to take time off work and my medication came directly to my door within a few days!

First of all, a 2 star rating was given due to permitting me to go thru with the plan, which was, at the time grateful. Gave the EDT meds a go, reported my symptoms from side effects as being a mild case (from 8pm thru to 6am next day) in order to honestly clarify any symptoms as requested by their online physicians and registered nurses (which I suspect are a handful of call center reps/sales personnel putting on a false facade with image avatars to boot). Due to this occurrence, I chose to put a stop on recieving EDT meds further. Only to have them insist, their meds do not cause flushing, headaches and itchy palm rash, while before that while honest reporting as they had requested prior if any adverse effects were to arise. Which begs the question, if Sparks doesn’t cause adverse effects, why am I asked to report it to them as they insist? My reporting of these negative effects were also meant to get advice regarding those meds, instead, they just abruptly ended my plan in haste, in which I had temporarily, adjusted my plan to be on hold. No advice recieved, rather a case of denial. As an adult, I am extremely careful when uncertain about medicating oneself with no intent in risking my health as I am at a stage 1 hypertension, however, a visit to my local physician approved of me taking EDT meds starting at lower doses, which I had cut the pill up while ingesting those parcels thru 4 hours prior to bed time. Funny thing, lol, no sexual desire, rather, side effects instead. only til the next day, did Sparks kick in for a 48hrs time frame. So yes, I rudely reacted without profanity and demanded cancellation of my account as I have no desire to deal with likely suspiciously false unprofessionals, as actual physicians would listen, recommend and advise, rather than provide no answers, and cancellations thereafter. So much for HONESTY…gets one a cancellation penalty. $$$$ comes first, cancellations due to protecting $$$$ from lawsuits. If that is the issue, put out protective measures in writing or by box checking upon their business form? Poor business practices, Silly Sods! I expect a Ro rep to respond with, ‘We are all professionals providing the utmost advice and satisfaction for our customers/clientele etc, etc’…..lol to that one!

I had some trouble getting the right applicator, but the company's response was great. I have only been using it for about two weeks, but I feel like something is changing. I am optimistic, so I am going to say for the good.

The team has been responsive. They answered and addressed any issues I had at each step of the way. Process includes my feedback as to what I wanted to and not just a script. I’ve lost 55 pounds and counting!

The customer service is terrible. They write you a prescription but they can't help you find a pharmacy that has it in stock - so you need to call around to find one. The catch? When you do finally find a pharmacy that has it in stock you need to send them a message with the pharmacy name and address which RO will respond to in 1-2 days (there is no phone number). And after all of that work, customer service still regularly sends it to the wrong pharmacy and to correct the problem is another 1-2 day delay - by which time the original pharmacy that you located is now out of stock. But you still pay $145 per month for the prescription and "customer service" even when you can't get your meds. It's a total ripoff.
