Do not do it, As I have read other reviews,they just want your money. They will continue to send you the prescription and take your money even after you’ve canceled the subscription. I like many others signed up just to see and canceled directly after being that it was too expensive. However, despite canceling i was still charged for the product.

I enjoyed working with Ro after I read an article about compounding the medication on Apple News. I had looked into it before, but the write up convinced me that it was the right decision for me. Service was excellent and the packaging was amazing! I feel like I am in good hands! Thank you!

I wanted to leave a review due to advertising in areas that are not serving yet. However, after reading all the other reviews, I am glad I was not the next victim of poor advertisement and inadequate billing and providing correct products.

First, I understand medication is not part of the monthly fees, no problem. I wanted my insurance to be used which from their own communication would take longer for review, approval, denial, etc. Yet within an hour of submitting my information and making sure I checked that I wanted my insurance used instead of a cash pay, they did exactly the opposite. It's great that I was approved for a script, but when you immediately want to send it to a pharmacy that will charge non insurance prices, what is the point? Ro did not save me any money. I would have been done with a compounded product, but was never given the choice. Agree with another reviewer that indicated it's a bait and switch routine. Do your research and stay away from them in if possible.

I had been using injections after a bad outcome from attempted penile surgery. The urologist did not recommend a second attempt at surgical intervention. The injections were effective, but I had pain for up to four hours after the injection. The Ro Sparks sublingual pill was almost as effective as the injection without the pain. My partner was pleasantly surprised, and repeat attempts have been successful as well. Thank you, Ro team.
