These people are amazing they helped me get approved for my medication I started with 2.5mg I lost 30 pounds in 1 month with diet and gym.... From 232 to 202 now I'm on 5mg and trying to reach 180 with 5mg be cause my 7.5mg got approved as well that will make me reach my target 165. I'm 38 male. 5'10" RO thank you so much!

I was practically charged $45 just to verify my insurance, even though I didn’t use any services. When I requested a refund, I was told their policy states: “Unfortunately, we cannot issue refunds or accept returns of prescription products for reuse or resale, and all sales are final.” However, we never even got to the prescription stage. Very disappointing experience.

RO is the first company to help me help my daughter!! This is way more affordable than the other injections that I could get my daughter at her doctor. She is a college student and I have a good job but I can’t afford $500 injections a month, the compound option is $150 a month and I did my research, my daughter is worth the world to me, so these injections are a necessity for my daughter just like insulin is a must for me! She just started the injections and I am excited to see what great things happen for my daughter! Thanks so much Ro🤗

They led me to believe that the $49 first month fee meant that it would include my medication and my consultation but that wasn’t the case. Once I did pay the money, it sent me a notification to continue signing up to see which medicine would work better for me. At the end of it all, it told me that I had to pay an additional fee for the medication. I was so mad and frustrated bc every time I try to get these weight loss medications online they always rip me off or get over on me somehow! I’m done trying I’ll just stay fat!

Terrible experience filled with automated responses. This company has no phone number to contact and your stuck talking to automated bots filled with boiler plate responses. Every month I had to refill my persciption it was a headache dealing with this company. Never again.
