I had nothing but problems with communication with this company. My first month I got my Wegovy script and started no problem, BUT that’s where trouble started. It was constantly a BOT responding to my questions, and my insurance told me my Wegovy was covered but RO kept telling me it wasn’t….. my second months script was now NOT covered ? They wouldn’t send in my prescription and my messages were met with automatic or generic replies. When I reached out to my insurance provider they said I was good to go. I was 4 weeks into injections and now have no way to get my medications. I asked RO to send the prescription in without insurance and they would not. They wanted me to purchase from them. Insane. Don’t do it !!!!

They advertise as 45$ initial consulting fee (fine whatever) then just 149 a month for medication. Sounds great! Cheaper than most out there. BUT THEN… they hit you with the monthly account fee that is as much as the medication. So there goes the self proclaimed cheapest GLP-1 . With that outrageous fee for your “benefits” (talking to customer support which is usually just AI), it’s like 300$ a month. They know what they are doing, don’t fall for it!

I've had zero bad side effects since starting the semaglutide compounded injection only a decrease in appetite.

First, the product works !!! RO stays in touch with you as to refills and shipping. If you have questions, they answer them quickly. Almost down to fighting weight so the next refill will be to wean off the drugs and hopefully keep the weight off.
